Deluxe Room
For a little more space, our Double Deluxe rooms are located in the monastery building. All feature king-size beds, many of which are half canopied and adorned with hand-embroidered covers. Twin beds are available in some of the rooms. The luxurious bathrooms feature Carrara marble double vanities, separate toilet, walk-in shower, bathtub and custom-made armoire. Comfortable seating invites reading or relaxing with a coffee. Several rooms can be connected and several more can accommodate an extra bed or sofa bed.

Deluxe Junior Suite With Garden
Set below the Italian Gardens, surrounded by flowers, these generous, light-filled junior suites are notable for having their private gardens with sunbeds, chairs and a table. Views may embrace glimpses of the Arno valley. King-size or twin beds are available and the bathroom offers both a walk-in shower and separate bathtub. Four of the suites are connecting. All can be equipped with a sofa bed.

Superior Junior Suite With Terrace
Secluded terraces distinguish these spacious junior suites. The private, outside spaces are comfortably equipped with armchairs, elbow-rest chairs and a slate-covered table. Located in the Italian gardens below the pool and the Limonaia Villa, many feature views over the Arno Valley. Furnished with a king-size bed (some can accommodate twin beds instead), the suites also feature elegant seating areas and lavish bathrooms with Carrara marble, cotto flooring, double vanities, walk-in shower and separate bathtub. The majority of the junior suites are connecting and an extra bed or sofa bed can be added.

Premium Junior Suite With Terrace
Located above the Italian Gardens, these magnificent junior suites offer the ultimate space, including a large terrace furnished with chairs and a table. They enjoy wonderful views of the gardens or full or partial views of Florence. Bathrooms offer a walk-in shower, separate bathtub and double marble vanities. A king-size or twin beds are available. All six suites are connecting and all have space for an extra bed or a sofa bed.

Donatello Suite
Once the Prior’s quarters, the Donatello Suite occupies a whole corner of the monastery, with windows overlooking the Italian gardens. The sitting room features a fireplace of exquisite craftsmanship and leads into the bedroom, where there is a king-size bed (twin beds are also available). The marble bathroom features a bathtub and separate shower. On request, the suite can be connected with a Deluxe Room.

Michelangelo Suite
This magnificent suite extends the entire length of the monastery’s façade. Originally the monks’ library, it later served as Napoleon Bonaparte’s Florentine headquarters. Today the canopied king-size bed (twin beds are also available), opulent decor and expansive fireplace remain fit for an emperor. Sleeping and sitting areas are open-plan and the windows frame stunning views of Florence and the Arno Valley. The bathroom features a generous bathtub and separate shower. Upon request, the suite can be connected with a Deluxe Room.

Garden Suite
Tucked away in an intimate corner of the Italian gardens, these spacious suites boast their own private gardens complete with fantastic views over Florence. Each offers a separate living room, a bedroom with king-size or twin beds and a marble bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub.

Limonaia Suite
Located in the former orangerie in the Italian gardens, the Limonaia Suite enjoys an intimate location with views over Florence and the surrounding hills. It has a private garden with a heated, stone pool. The panoramic bedroom is equipped with king-size or twin beds and the marble bathroom has both a walk-in shower and separate bathtub. Upon request the suite can be connected with two Garden Suites.

Superior Room
Located in the monastery building, these rooms offer a restful ambience with soft drapes, handmade parchment lampshades and plush rugs on original stone tiles. They feature a king-size bed; twin beds are available in some. Each room has a marble bathroom. Some offer both bathtub and separate shower and others include a wooden armoire.

Limonaia Suite And Villa Terrace Over Two Floors
Located in the former orangerie in the Italian gardens, the 70 sq m (753 sq ft) Limonaia Suite enjoys an intimate location with views over Florence and the surrounding hills. It has a private garden with a heated, stone plunge pool. The panoramic bedroom is equipped with king-size or twin beds and the marble bathroom has both a walk-in shower and separate bathtub. This suite can be connected on request to a Garden Suite, linked by a staircase, complete with spacious bathrooms and wardrobes. These in turn are connected to a third suite through the garden, which creates a one-of-a-kind private villa. This is ideal for families, groups of friends or for special occasions, such as weddings or exclusive parties. In total the Limonaia Villa comprises three bedrooms with king-size or twin beds, three living rooms, three bathrooms with separate bathtub and shower plus a courtesy bathroom and a private plunge pool in the top-floor garden.
