All suites are completed with valuable antiquities, exquisite fabrics and choice of materials. Surrounded by sophisticated luxury and state-of-the-art comfort topped off by our hotel’s personal touch. They are located in the Historical Palace a separate annex built in classical style . These historical suites reflect the desire for the utmost privacy and the ultimate in state-of-the-art comfort. The suites can be individually combined to give the exclusive use of the entire third floor of the Palace.

Presidential suite
With its double private terrace and unparalleled view of the Campanile and the roofs and terraces of Venice, the Presidential Suite offers a truly unforgettable experience. Exquisitely furnished with an eye for the comfort and distinctive style for which the Splendid Venice is known, it comprises one bedroom with double closet, two sitting rooms with bookshelves, and two bathrooms with separate shower and tub plus a full selection of luxury toiletries.
