Christoph has worked in some of the world's most celebrated restaurants, but amore drew him to the Amalfi Coast and to our prized kitchen. Married to a woman from the Amalfi Coast, Christoph muses, "I not only fell in love with my wife, I fell in love with the destination and its food.
