Set within the resplendent settings of Park Hyatt Milan, the stunning La Cupola Lounge welcomes guests to unwind at all hours of the day beneath its nine-meter-tall glass cupola. Begin the morning on a pleasant note with our extensive breakfast buffet, featuring delectable cuisine, fresh-squeezed juices, and made-to-order smoothies. Service continues with lunch and dinner specialties and an all-day menu until 1:00 AM. All the menus have been created by two Michelin-starred chef, Andrea Aprea.

Nestled in the historic center of Milan facing onto Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, Mio Lab is one of the best-known cocktail bars in the city, famed for the art and tradition of Mixology as well as its atmosphere. Mio Lab exudes effervescence to the rhythm of the gestures of expert barmen, equally well-versed in the perfect execution of the great classics as in the imaginative variation of the bar’s signature cocktails. From aperitif to after dinner drinks, Mio Lab guests can enjoy a wide range of special spirits. A selection of cocktail nibbles specially created for the bar is available to accompany drinks from 6 p.m. to midnight.

The Dehors commands one of the best views in Milan: Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. From spring until late autumn, this space is the best location in town, overlooking the “Living Room of Milan”.

It’s a new page for Park Hyatt Milano history. The five-star luxury hotel in the heart of Milan announces the opening of its new gourmet restaurant, Pellico 3 Milano, led by Executive Chef Guido Paternollo.
After his experiences with Michelin-starred kitchen 4brigades in Milano and in France, Chef Paternollo returns to his home town and brings with him his culinary philosophy based on sincere expression of raw materials.
All flavours and ingredients come from the Mediterranean basin and are studied to precisely follow their seasonality. All tastes, colours and techniques combine to awaken all five senses.
Thanks to the restaurant renovation by architect Flaviano Capriotti, high cuisine and high design meet to create an exclusive experience based on seasonal rhythms and on the timing of nature.
Pellico 3 Milano is open from Tuesday to Saturday, from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
