Nestled inside the Byzantine Pagliazza Tower, 2 MICHELIN stars fine dining restaurant Santa Elisabetta offers a refined and exclusive setting where eclectic dishes, stemming from the talent of Executive Chef Rocco De Santis, will charme your senses.

The Gran Carta, along with a series of tasting menus, will take you on a journey of flavors and history along the Italian peninsula: every dish is a glorification of authentic pure flavors belonging to the Chef's native land, Campania in southern Italy, and his "adoptive" city of Florence in Tuscany.

Only seven exclusive tables set within the circular stone-walled tower, just steps from the magnificent Duomo, will accommodate you whether you wish to celebrate with a romantic dinner on a special occasion, or you need to make an impression for a strategic businness lunch.

2 MICHELIN stars Santa Elisabetta, as well as the Brunelleschi Hotel where it is housed, is a unique location: a culinary landmark not to be missed by foodies and international connoiseurs.

Santa Elisabetta restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday, from 12:30 to 2:30 for lunch & from 7:30 to 10:30 for dinner.

Osteria Pagliazza

Osteria Pagliazza, located on the ground floor of the Brunelleschi, is the hotel's more informal restaurant while being one of the most interesting culinary landmarks in Florence.

Just steps from the Duomo (Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral), Osteria Pagliazza caters to all those who wish to discover Tuscan culinary tradition with a seasonal menus offering earthy dishes and authentic Florentine flavours.

Thanks to the extraordinary vision of our talented Chef, at our Osteria you will discover a new way to imagine food and wine tradition: here the local culinary history is renewed while being true to tradition.

Our Maître will be glad to suggest you the best wine pairings to go with one of the seasonal recipes on the menu as well as with a special selection of Italian cheeses and cured meats.

In the warm season, Osteria Pagliazza gains outdoor seating on the charming patio just in front of the hotel: enjoy your meal - or an impeccable drink - overlooking the Byzantine Pagliazza Tower!
